A space to return to oneself with humanity

Autocompassion Espace Humain was born from the desire to offer a simple, respectful, and accessible space to explore self-compassion and mindfulness. The practices offered encourage the development of a more stable, curious, and compassionate presence toward oneself and others.

A respectful approach rooted in lived experience

We believe it's possible to develop new ways of responding to suffering without rushing things. Self-compassion doesn't require being perfect, positive, or always calm. It often begins with a modest gesture: acknowledging that the moment is difficult and choosing not to remain alone with what you're experiencing.

The proposed practices prioritize:

  • curiosity rather than judgment;

  • the safety and pace of each person;

  • simple exercises to try out in everyday life;

  • an inclusive vision of the human experience.
